I accidentally dislocated Annabel's elbow on Wednesday by swinging her by her arms.
It was bad, but not too much so. Somehow her elbow got reduced by something we did, and the ER doctors thought she was fine after that, especially considering just how wired she was in the ER, climbing all over anything that could be climbed on.
I feel like a bad father, but Annabel is over it already.

No worries. Kids are made to heal quickly. I seem to remember one of our pediatrician friends always commenting on dislocated limbs when she saw people swinging kids by their arms.

I remember doing this to your Uncle John when he was about 3....but it was his shoulder. The doctor just popped it back in...but I didn't pick up any of the kids by one arm after that.
You're NOT a bad Daddy!
